I love a good brownie, and firmly believe that you can never go wrong with Oreos in desserts. These hybrid brownies have it all! They are fudgy and gooey in all the right places, packed with delicious flavour and peanut butter goodness. If you love chocolate and Oreos and peanut butter, then these brownies will definitely be your new best friend.
INGREDIENTS:

- 12 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
STEPS:
Preheat oven to 340°F and grease 12 muffin cup baker- set aside.
Prepare brownie mix (see my ‘The best homemade brownies’ recipe: https://www.eatingwithhouri.com/post/the-best-homemade-brownies). Open each Oreo cookie and spread 1/2 of a teaspoon of peanut butter and close the cookie back up. Place one modified Oreo cookie into each cupcake muffin cup. Spoon 3 tablespoons of brownie batter over each Oreo and let it run down the sides of the cookies. Bake cookies and brownies for 22 minutes, until brownies are cooked through. Let cool completely then serve.
