Twix Sugar Cookie Cakes
These Twix Sugar Cookie Cakes are a fun little dessert with layers of sweetness in every bite! A soft sugar cookie base is topped with a mini Twix bar, then covered in French vanilla cake batter and baked until golden. The result is a delicious combination of buttery sugar cookie, caramel, milk chocolate, and fluffy vanilla cake.
The real surprise is hiding inside! As you bite into one, you get that familiar Twix combination of crunchy cookie, smooth caramel, and chocolate surrounded by soft, fluffy cake. They're easy to put together using a few store-bought shortcuts, making them perfect when you want a fun homemade treat without starting from scratch.
These were such a hit in our house that my eldest practically claimed the whole batch! He managed to polish off the entire tray in a single day, which pretty much tells you everything you need to know. Between the soft sugar cookie, hidden Twix centre, and fluffy vanilla cake, these little treats are hard to resist. Definitely one of those recipes you'll want to make again! Give my recipe a try!
