Tasty Air Fryer Pork Chops

This is THE recipe for the best Air Fryer Pork Chops you’ll ever need! These pork chops come out tender, juicy, and delicious. My recipe will quickly become one of your favorite air fryer recipes. You need very few simple ingredients, and only 15 minutes of cook time!

I think by now you all know how much I love my Air Fryer! I’ve tried many kitchen gadgets over the years and my two favorites are still my air fryer and my Instant Pot. Not far behind is my crock pot, but my Instant Pot has that option as a feature too. Some people are a bit confused about how the air fryer works- they think it fries the food, but you’re not really frying in the traditional sense, it’s more like a rapid cook oven and broil. Oftentimes, I don’t want to heat up the whole oven for a small meal, so my air fryer is my go to appliance. Honestly, for this pork chop recipe I get the best results in the air fryer anyway!

These air fryer pork chops are perfect for a delicious lunch or dinner any day of the week. Give my recipe, you will not be disappointed!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 center-cut pork chops, 1 to 1 & 1/2 inches thick

Ingredients for the rub:

  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder

STEPS:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Set it for 15 ninutes.

  2. Rinse your pork chops with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. (I like to marinate mine in my rub overnight, but you don’t have to).

  3. In a small bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.

  4. Coat the pork chops with the rub well.

  5. Cook the pork chops on the air fry setting at 400°F for 15 minutes (internal temperature should reach 140°F).* Flip pork chops over after 7 minutes.

  6. They come out juicy and tender! Bon appétit, enjoy!
