Easy Air Fryer Corn On The Cob

I've been on an air fryer kick lately! My local grocer brought in some sweet, juicy corn this week, so naturally, I bought a bunch, and thought, why not throw some in the air fryer! What a great decision, this will be the only way I ever cook corn from now on!

Air fryer corn on the cob is not only super quick but just also super delicious! The air fryer quickly roasts the sweet corn (fresh or frozen) transforming it into a very tasty side dish! You are going to love this air fried corn on the cob, I promise!

You basically just need corn and your air fryer! It's ptional to add oil, butter, salt or pepper, I highly recommend all of them though. The corn on the cob comes out perfectly cooked every single time! It's so easy!

*If you're using frozen corn halves in your air fryer, let them thaw out for about an hour before cooking them, and add 2 minutes to your cooking time.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 ears of corn, husk and silk removed, halved

  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

STEPS:

  1. Cut corn in half so you have 6 pieces.

  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil, some salt & pepper over the corn and rub it in with your hands.

  3. Place the corn halves into the air fryer basket.

  4. Turn the air fryer on to 380 degrees F (194C) and cook for 8 minutes.  At the 4 minute mark, remove the basket, shake and return to cooking.

  5. When the air fryer stops, remove the hot corn carefully from the basket, add more salt & pepper and a bit of butter. And voilà!

  6. Bon appétit!
