Earth Day Yogurt Bites!

These healthy & super easy frozen yogurt bites call for only 3 ingredients and less than 5 minutes of prep time! I thought what better recipe for a day when we’re celebrating our earth, than one using wholesome ingredients like yogurt, fruit, and some granola! These amazing frozen yogurt bites are as healthy as they are delicious.

We just made these little frozen treats with my 8th grade class this morning and let me tell you, they are just as tasty as they are easy to make, and oh so wholesome! They are truly the whole package!

These delicious treats can be enjoyed anytime (I’m currently on my 5th!)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of fruit cut into small pieces (I love strawberries and blueberries)

  • 1 cup of your favorite yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of granola

STEPS:

  1. Pour your yogurt into a Ziploc bag. Close the bag, getting rid of as much air as possible.

  2. Cut a little corner of your Ziploc bag to make it into a piping bag. Begin piping your yogurt onto a silicone baking mat (if you don’t have one, line your baking sheet with foil or parchment paper). I like to make them the size of a tablespoon.

  3. Top your little dollops of yogurt with your fruit & granola.

  4. Freeze your delicious creations for at least an hour.

  5. Bon appétit!
