I love making (and eating!) this super refreshing salad. The light taste combined with the crunchy cucumbers and radishes make it a flavorful and delicious dish. I like cutting my veggies as thinly as possible for this salad. I use a peeler and it works great! You can use a mandoline slicer or you can do it by hand if you want.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 an English cucumber, thinly sliced
5 large radishes, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of finely chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon of white sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
STEPS:
Place the radishes and cucumbers into a medium sized bowl.
Add the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, dill, salt & pepper.
Mix well. Refrigerate until chilled, it tastes better when it’s cold.
