Creamy Radish Salad

This Creamy Radish Salad is one of my favorite side dishes. Crisp, lightly spicy radish, some onions and delicious dill, all tossed in a creamy dressing that pairs well with just about everything! 


This salad not only tastes great, but looks so bright and vibrant too. The thinly sliced circles of radish in a creamy dressing just make it so appetizing. I use my peeler to make each slice as thin as possible, it works great! This  would definitely be a great dish for any occasion!



INGREDIENTS:


  • 10 radishes, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup of onions, finely chopped 

  • 1 teaspoon of fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise 

  • salt & pepper to taste



STEPS:


  1. Place the radishes and onions into a medium sized bowl. 

  2. Add the mayo, dill, salt & pepper.

  3. Mix well. Refrigerate until chilled, it tastes best when it’s cold.

  4. Bon appétit!
