If you’re looking for a fast and easy delicious fish, that honestly makes my mouth water just thinking about it, then this is the Baked Cod recipe for you! It is so flavourfu, creamy, herby, and my favourit: garlicky! It is the perfect blend of textures and flavours. INGREDIENTS:
- 1 & 1/2 lbs of cod fillets (thawed if frozen) - 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced - 3 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
STEPS:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rinse and dry the fish.
Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish.
In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, garlic and dill.
Spoon the sauce over the fish, making sure to spread it evenly over the top of each fillet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish starts looking opaque and will flake. Switch oven to broiler and brown the tops of the fish until lightly golden. This usually takes only 1-2 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes and serve.
