Cheesecake deviled strawberries

If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and irresistibly charming treat, these cheesecake stuffed strawberries or deviled strawberries, as my son calls them, are pure joy in bite-sized form.

With just a handful of simple ingredients, this recipe transforms fresh strawberries into creamy, dreamy little delights—perfect for brunches, parties, or just a sweet afternoon pick-me-up.

The tangy cream cheese and vanilla Greek yogurt filling is lightly sweetened and velvety smooth, while the crumbled cookie and grated chocolate on top add the perfect touch of crunch and decadence.

These cheesecake deviled strawberries are fun to make, even more fun to eat, and almost too tasty to share—almost! Give my super easy & delicious recipe a try, you’ll fall in love! (I can’t stop eating the filling, even after running out of strawberries!)

INGREDIENTS:

(This recipe is for about 15 small strawberries, you can’t go wrong with doubling the amounts for the delicious & highly addictive filling)

  • 15 small strawberries

  • 2 heaping tablespoons of cream cheese

  • 1.5 tablespoons of vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 cookie of your choice for crumbling (I used shortcake)

  • 1 small piece of chocolate of your choice for grating

STEPS:

  1. Wash all the strawberries and dry them well.

  2. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise, I used a cutting board for the whole process.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until it’s smooth and creamy.

  4. If you’d like to be extra fancy you could use a pipping bag for this part, but I just used a small spoon to fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling.

  5. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs & grated chocolate on top.

  6. Bon appétit! Enjoy!
