Do you like sweet potatoes? Have you ever tried baking them? In an air fryer? This recipe is amazing, not only is it easy, but it makes perfect air fryer baked sweet potatoes cooked in less time than it would in the oven! These sweet potatoes come out fluffy in the center, with crisp skin that is oozing with a delicious sweet syrupy substance- the water and natural sugars in the sweet potatoes caramelize so nicely.
Baked sweet potatoes are very healthy. Sweet potatoes are packed with fiber and loaded with vitamins A and C. I like to eat them plain, just as they are out of the air fryer! However, you can add toppings such as butter, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, etc. Try my recipe, you won't use your oven for baking sweet potatoes anymore!
